Таким образом, платеж инвестору денежными средствами по окончании действия свопа представляет собой плавающую процентную ставку плюс любое падение цены акций либо минус любое повышение цены акций; с другой стороны, инвестор, уплачивающий денежные средства, продает акции с целью вернуть свои инвестиции на рынок.
